The project proposal envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 40 kWp and an energy storage system with a capacity of 40 kWh, designed to ensure the restaurant's own consumption. The aim of the project is to reduce electricity costs, optimize energy consumption and limit dependence on external suppliers through the use of renewable sources. The storage of the produced energy will allow its effective use during peak consumption hours, when the restaurant operates at its highest load. The implementation of the project will lead to improved energy efficiency, reduced carbon footprint and will support the sustainable and competitive development of the activity in accordance with national and European priorities for green transformation.
