The project proposal of "ELTA 90M" EOOD is aimed at building a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own consumption in the company's administrative and warehouse building, located at 10 Ivan Marinov Yonchev Street The company is an established distributor of laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, diagnostic tests and laboratory furniture, with the main focus of its activities being highly specialized products for molecular genetic research, NGS technologies and in vitro fertilization. The company serves a wide network of medical and research laboratories, hospitals, universities and scientific institutes in the country. The work of "ELTA 90M" is closely related to maintaining optimal microclimatic conditions and constant control over temperature and humidity in the warehouses where sensitive reagents and consumables are stored. For this purpose, energy-intensive air conditioning, ventilation, heating and cold storage systems are used, which operate without interruption 24 hours a day. The project involves installing a photovoltaic system on the roof structure of the building to produce electricity for its own consumption. The system will be equipped with inverters, control panels, structures, cable routes and a monitoring system to ensure automatic management of the energy flow. A battery energy storage system will be added to the installation, which will allow the accumulation of electricity produced during the day and its use during peak consumption hours or when the external power supply is interrupted. The implementation of the project will allow the company to reduce its energy costs, ensure a more stable and secure electricity environment, reduce its carbon footprint and increase the sustainability of its activities in the long term.
