Description

The project proposal of “TOBIZ-91” Ltd. aims to increase energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve the company’s sustainability through the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PV) with a total installed capacity of 18 kW, complemented by an additional 30 kW of batteries for energy storage. In addition, the project includes the repair and renovation of the warehouse roof with a total area of 254 m², including the installation of sandwich panels, which will improve thermal insulation and reduce energy losses.

“TOBIZ-91” Ltd. is an established wholesale and retail supplier of household goods with over 20 years of market presence. The company offers a wide range of products – from kitchen utensils, glass and porcelain items, accessories, and cosmetics, to children’s toys, stationery, and tools. The high volume of operations and the constant maintenance of warehouse processes require significant amounts of electricity for lighting, heating, and operation of technological equipment.

The implementation of the project will allow partial self-generation and storage of electricity, reducing dependence on external suppliers and fluctuations in electricity prices. The repair and modernization of the roof structure will contribute to the optimization of energy consumption and improvement of working conditions within the warehouse.

The project is fully aligned with national and European priorities for energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainable development. Expected outcomes include reduced electricity costs, increased energy independence, improved environmental profile of the company, and creation of a stable foundation for future investments and business development.
