The project proposal envisages the improvement of production capacity by purchasing and putting into production 10 machines and tools, detailed below. With this equipment, a family micro enterprise will build a modern production process compared to manual processes until now, leading to low accuracy and constant problems. Until now, a number of processes were outsourced to other organizations. This fact significantly limits and slows down business development due to the frequent refusal of contractors to accept orders or delays in their execution. This naturally leads to customer dissatisfaction and lost markets.
The modern machines, equipment and tools purchased under the project will create conditions for accurate and timely execution of processing, as well as in the production of new parts for the production of platforms, trailers and the like, which are the main products of the company's nomenclature. Along with this advantage, the new equipment will significantly improve the implementation of repairs of automotive equipment - the second line of business and application of a circular model.
The absence of modern equipment for cutting materials, their bending, subsequent welding, including the use of special equipment for positioning the products for accurate processing, as well as the absence of modern hand tools for assembly, limits the possibility of achieving the desired quality within the specified time. This, in turn, significantly limits the possibilities for improving the final economic indicators and the development of the company.
With the implementation of this project, the production capacity and the possibilities for diversifying the product range will be expanded.
During the implementation, the supplier/s will be selected by public invitation, according to the legal requirements and the instructions for the implementation of the project. The company will promote the received grant from the European Union.

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието: Като част от тази дейност ще бъдт закупени 10 вида машини, оборудване и инструменти - Хидравличен абкант, Позиционер заваръчен, Лентоотрезна машина, Заваръчен апарат – MIG-MAG, Маса за заваряване, Количка с инструменти, Работна маса (за шлосерски и монтажни процеси), Инструментален шкаф, Магнитна бормашина, Комплект ръчни електрически инструменти. За осигуряване на производствения процес, някои от машините/ оборудването ще са в повече от един брой.
Тези машини, оборудване и инструменти са необходими за да се осигури последователността от дейности по разкрояване, механична обработка на детайли и монтаж на произвежданите платформи и ремаркета.
До момента такива машини не са налични, с което е ограничен бизнеса на дружеството по отношение на описаните обработки. Голяма част от процесите са изпълнявани от външни организации (кооперирани доставки).
Отсъствието до момента на подходящо оборудване ограничава възможностите на дружеството за осъществяване на описаните производствени дейности, чрез което да се добави стойност към произвежданите продукти. Това ограничава съществено възможностите за подобряване на икономическите показатели на дружеството и за неговото развитие.
Очаква се доставката и пускането в действие на машините, оборудването и инструментите тези ограничения да отпаднат и се осигури значително подобряване на производствения капацитет.
