The current project proposal of ORHIDEA R Ltd. envisages the purchase and putting into operation of facilities for the production of renewable energy (RE) /solar photovoltaic energy/ with a capacity of 30 kW, combined with local energy storage facilities of 30 kWh, which aims increasing the energy efficiency and independence of the company and transition to an environmentally friendly production. The availability of own RES capacities will increase the security of ORHIDEA R Ltd., will allow it to optimize electricity consumption and buy less expensive energy from the unregulated market, thus addressing the main challenge the company has faced in recent years, and namely the increase in the price of electricity and fuel, which is shocking and seriously hampers the production process and especially the financial flows of ORHIDEA R Ltd. The main activities in the implementation of the project proposal are: 1. Team building and project management 2. Ensuring awareness and publicity 3. Conducting a procedure for the selection of a contractor and delivery and commissioning of the desired equipment 4. Accounting reporting and internal monitoring
