Planning region: All

Description

The project of VRABER 2008 OOD is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and using energy from renewable sources by building a photovoltaic system for own consumption, in combination with a local energy storage facility.

The investment envisages the construction of a photovoltaic system with 50 kW output (nominal) active power of the inverters with a local energy storage facility (battery) with a capacity of 122.4 kWh for own consumption on the existing roof of the production facility /workshop/ in PI 49309.14.255, village of Muldava, municipality of Asenovgrad, region of Plovdiv. The system will be equipped with an inverter for converting the produced energy and synchronizing it with the internal power distribution network of the enterprise.

To ensure energy independence and optimize electricity costs, it is planned to implement a local energy storage facility (battery) with a capacity of 122.4 kWh, managed by a BMS system. The battery will provide load balancing, peak power reduction and the ability to use stored energy during periods without sunlight or at higher electricity prices.

The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", and will contribute to accelerating the enterprise's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing renewable energy in the company's energy mix through:
- Reducing carbon emissions through the use of clean energy;
- Increasing the energy independence and sustainability of the enterprise;
- Significantly optimize electricity costs and reduce vulnerability to energy price fluctuations;
- Improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of the enterprise.
