Description

The company "VICTORY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" Ltd. has a main economic activity code of 55.10 "Hotels and similar accommodation". The company is the owner of the hotel "Caza Karina", Bansko. The main services that the company offers are: hotel accommodation, organization of events and business lunches, dinners, work and company events, tourist packages. The hotel also has a swimming pool and its own wellness center. Due to the specifics of the company's activities, namely hotel accommodation, and the size of the bed base (20 studios (10 luxury and 10 standard), 15 one-bedroom apartments, 8 one-bedroom luxury apartments, 9 two-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom luxury apartments and 52 double rooms),as well as the presence of a spa area with its own pool, the need for air conditioning is not only significant, but also urgent. In addition, the costs of electricity for heating/cooling the premises are also important, as they can reflect on the price of the final service, and hence, respectively, increase or decrease (in the event of poor planning) the competitiveness of the company in a sector with such high competition.
With this project proposal, the company aims to improve its energy efficiency through the purchase of heat pumps located in the building of the "Caza Karina" hotel, Bansko.By investing in 5 heat pumps, energy consumption will be reduced and optimized, overall energy efficiency will be improved, and operating costs (heating, cooling, hot water) will be reduced. This will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company in the hospitality sector.
