Description

The project proposal of EVROPAVIMENTI PLUS Ltd. is aimed at implementing energy efficiency measures in the company's warehouse. The main goal is to increase the energy efficiency of the building by reducing heat losses and optimizing energy consumption, which will lead to lower operating costs and better conditions for storing materials and goods.

The need that will be met through the implementation of the project is the need to modernize the building stock, improve the microclimate in the warehouse and ensure sustainable operation of the base. Currently, the building has high levels of energy losses due to outdated and inefficient enclosing structures, which leads to inefficient use of energy for heating and cooling.

The following measures will be implemented within the framework of the project: thermal insulation systems for external walls and floors to outside air using mineral wool and EPS boards, thermal insulation of roofs with XPS and mineral wool boards, as well as replacement of windows and doors with energy-efficient aluminum structures with a thermal break and sectional industrial doors. The implementation of these activities will achieve a reduction in energy costs, improvement of the energy performance of the building and creation of a more favorable working and warehouse environment.

The results of the project will be expressed in a significant increase in the energy efficiency of the warehouse, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and contribution to national and European goals in the field of sustainable development. Its implementation will help to strengthen the company's positions by optimizing current costs and ensuring long-term sustainability of the warehouse infrastructure.
