Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

The project aims to increase energy efficiency and reduce electricity costs in the production facility of KA-STELA STONES EOOD by implementing two interrelated measures - replacing the old joinery and returning and building a photovoltaic system for self-consumption.
The existing joinery in the production facility is outdated, with compromised insulation and high heat losses, which leads to significant energy consumption for heating and cooling. It is planned to replace it with new joinery with a broken thermal bridge and two energy-efficient doors, providing better tightness and insulation.
The second measure includes the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 20 kW, intended entirely for self-consumption. The system will consist of solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant, which will provide renewable energy to power the production processes.
Expect the results of the project implementation with:
reducing the total energy consumption of the enterprise;
high energy independence through own electricity production;
improving the working environment and microclimate in the production premises;
reducing carbon emissions and complying with the principle of "doing no significant harm".
The implementation of the investment will contribute to the sustainable development and competitiveness of KA-STELA STONES EOOD, by ensuring long-term savings and increasing its ecological footprint.
