Description

The existing production and service buildings of SANDE-2A OOD have significant heat losses due to outdated or insufficiently high-quality joinery and lack of thermal insulation of roofs and external walls. This leads to high heating and cooling costs, higher energy consumption and adverse environmental impacts, which places the company in an urgent need to improve energy efficiency and optimize the process of energy use. The main objectives that the company seeks to achieve through this project proposal are:
• To reduce heat losses by replacing joinery and thermal insulation, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings.
• To optimize energy consumption and reduce operating costs for heating and cooling.
• To improve the working environment for employees.
• To reduce the company's carbon footprint and contribute to environmental protection.
To achieve these goals, the company plans to implement energy-efficient activities to replace the joinery of its production hall in the village of Tuhovishte, thermal insulation of the roof and external walls of a production hall in the village of Satovcha, as well as replacing the joinery of a service building to a gas station in the village of Satovcha. The implementation of these activities will have a direct positive effect on both the company's employees, who will benefit from a more comfortable and healthy working environment with better thermal insulation, and on the company's management, which will have the opportunity to reduce energy costs and increase the sustainability of the enterprise, which in turn will improve the competitiveness of SANDE -2A Ltd.
The results of the project implementation will directly contribute to improving the energy efficiency of the company's buildings, by reducing heat losses, lower energy costs, reducing the carbon footprint and increasing the sustainability of the enterprise.
