Stroitel Ltd. operates in a peripheral border region with a relatively narrow market for the goods and services offered. The rising prices of electricity lead to a decrease in the competitiveness of the company, especially in those activities that are highly energy-intensive. One of them is the production of ready-mix concrete, for which high-power electric motors are used, respectively high energy consumption. The project proposal is mainly aimed at this activity. It is planned to build a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PvPP) with a capacity of 30 kW on the site where the production machines are located, including modules for energy production and storage. The energy produced will be used solely for the company's own consumption. This will reduce the company's electricity costs and contribute to maintaining and increasing its competitiveness. The accumulated energy will allow uninterrupted operation in the event of power supply problems, which occur frequently.
