The project is related to the high energy costs and unstable microclimate in two buildings of the company, which carry out commercial, industrial and warehouse activities. The need: limiting heat losses/gains, reducing peak electrical loads and ensuring own energy production for predictable costs and more reliable installations. Objectives: (1) reducing final energy consumption through thermal insulation measures on the enclosing elements; (2) increasing energy independence through own electricity production for self-consumption; (3) smoothing out peaks and stable microclimate for safe and efficient work; (4) lower carbon footprint. Project measures: 1. Thermal insulation systems for external walls and floors to outside air – mineral wool, 250 m² (limiting losses, more uniform internal temperature). 2. Sectional industrial/external solid doors – 42 m² (reduction of infiltrations and thermal bridges in logistics flows). 3. Thermal insulation systems of sandwich panels for roofs – 56 m² (reduction of summer overheating and winter losses). 4. Photovoltaic power plant 30 kW for own consumption, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, (in the case of project configuration – batteries) and the necessary structural/protective elements, without returning energy to the grid (anti-export). Main activities: technical survey and detailing; design; supply and installation of insulation systems (walls/floors, roof, doors); supply and installation of PV plant (modules, inverters, structure, protections, monitoring and possible batteries) Expected results: significant reduction in grid electricity consumption and operating costs; a more stable energy profile with lower peak loads; longer life and more reliable operation of electrical and HVAC systems; better conditions for staff and customers; limiting CO₂ emissions.
