ASTI - VT Ltd. is a small family-owned enterprise, established in 2016, operating in the field of restaurant and beverage services. The company is a leader in the sector in V.Tarnovo and in the last 3 years, has also successfully developed its own food delivery service. Within its core economic activity under NACE code: 56.30 “Beverage Service Activities,” the company operates a single establishment: “Az i Ti – Pizza, Bar & Grill.” The restaurant offers a combination of Bulgarian and international cuisine, a wide assortment of wines, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. In order to meet customer requirements, a daily lunch menu featuring seasonal dishes is provided. The restaurant has a summer garden and a terrace, with a total capacity of up to 110 seats, making it a preferred choice for different types of celebrations. At present, the establishment operates a photovoltaic (solar) system for self-consumption, consisting of 26 panels with a capacity of 415 W each, representing a total installed capacity of 10.79 kW. The system is equipped with an inverter with a nominal output capacity of 50 kW, but it does not include local energy storage facilities. Through the implementation of the current project, the company intends to upgrade the existing photovoltaic system by integrating local energy storage facilities in combination with inverters with a total capacity of 120 kW. The planned investment will ensure: - substantial energy independence throughout the entire day; - balanced electricity consumption between own renewable energy sources and the grid depending on its current price; - a significant reduction in electricity expenditures. With the acquisition of the project assets, the establishment will have clean energy, which will be used solely for its own consumption, to power all appliances and equipment in the establishment itself, air conditioning and lighting, i.e. the investment will provide energy for the applicant's main economic activity.
