The project envisages the implementation of energy-saving measures to increase energy efficiency on the enclosing/external structural elements of a building located in a property with cadastral identifier No. 35167.119.670. The building and the land are owned by the applicant and are part of its production base. Currently, the building is used as a warehouse, but it is planned to move part of the existing and new production equipment into it. It is planned to implement classic energy efficiency measures: - replacement of windows on the facades with new ones made of PVC profile/frame; - laying of thermal insulation systems with EPS boards. Since the restrictions in the procedure do not allow, at max. aid intensity, to include the quantities for complete external renovation within the framework of eligible activities, the project limits its intentions with a focus on the eastern, western and northern facades. The roof has been repaired by the applicant. The southern facade will be completed entirely with the applicant's own funds. If the project proposal is approved, it is likely that a single contractor will be assigned the entire renovation of the facades in a single selection procedure. The building was acquired recently. It has a reliable structure. It was built in accordance with the building codes in force more than 40 years ago - without observing modern requirements for heat preservation. It was abandoned and uninhabited for a long time and so the doors, windows and external plaster are in very bad condition. That's is why it currently serves for dry storage of raw materials from the production (similar to a shed), including production waste, which is planned to be recycled and re-used in production at an appropriate time. It should be noted that the polymers used in production are subject to full recycling if information about their type and composition is available, and if the necessary actions for their separate storage are carried out.
