The project aims to reduce energy costs and increase energy independence at the two sites of the company in the city of Gabrovo. The following measures are planned: Site 1 – Fast food restaurant, 5 Radetska Street (1) Installation of sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics on the roof – 140 m², to limit heat losses/gains, stabilize the internal microclimate and lower HVAC load. (2) Construction of a 25 kW photovoltaic power plant for own consumption (panels, inverters, batteries and structural elements), without returning energy to the grid. The PV plant will mainly cover the daily loads of the site – lighting, kitchen equipment, ventilation/air conditioning; the batteries will shift part of the consumption outside peak hours and during cloudy weather. Site 2 – Nightclub and office, 16 Bryanska Street Construction of a 20 kW photovoltaic power plant for own consumption (panels, inverters, batteries and structural elements), without return to the grid. The PV plant will cover the main daily/preparatory loads (lighting, ventilation/air conditioning, auxiliary consumers) and will support peak smoothing. The measures are selected according to the load profile and operating mode of the sites and cover the minimum technical requirements from the list of eligible assets. Target groups: customers and visitors to both sites, the company's staff and management. Expected results: significant reduction in network electricity consumption and operating costs; stable microclimate in the establishment; more even energy profile and lower peak loads; more reliable operation of HVAC/electrical equipment; limitation of CO₂ emissions. Main activities: technical survey and detailing; design; delivery and installation of sandwich panels (site 1) and thermal power plant (25 kW at "Radecka" 5; 20 kW at both sites with the necessary protection and monitoring systems; commissioning, training and adjustment for maximum self-consumption.
