Description

"Bar Mania CM" EOOD operates in the complex entertainment and leisure services sector and owns establishments in the cities of Plovdiv and Smolyan. In the hotel and restaurant industries, energy costs often account for a significant share of operating costs. With the increase in energy prices, more and more managers are looking for ways to optimize consumption and reduce their costs.
Energy efficiency in restaurants and establishments does not only mean reducing costs, but also improving the working environment and comfort for guests.
In this regard, "Bar Mania CM" EOOD plans to build a 55 kW photovoltaic power plant on the roof space of the building housing one of the facilities in the city of Smolyan- Sky bar Mania.
The investment will provide its own electricity production, covering up to about 50% of the costs. The estimated annual production is 71,500 kWh. This will reduce dependence on the external network and unstable prices, improving predictability and efficiency of work.

The effects of the project include:
- economic – reducing costs and maintaining constant prices in the establishment, which will bring more regular customers and guaranteed turnover.
- energy – higher share of renewable energy and reduced external consumption;
- environmental – reduction of CO₂ emissions
- social – better working conditions with the possibility of regular increase in staff remuneration.

The return on support reaches 3 years, which guarantees the financial sustainability of the company. The investment will strengthen the competitiveness and image of "Bar Mania cm" EOOD with the application of green technologies.
