Description

The project proposal of TONI–Rusanov Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of the company’s commercial site – a restaurant located in the city of Ruse, through the implementation of high-efficiency heating systems and the replacement of outdated windows with new energy-efficient ones.
The main goal of the project is to reduce energy consumption and heating and cooling costs, improve indoor comfort, and minimize the environmental impact associated with the use of electricity and conventional energy sources.
The investment consists of two key measures:
•	Supply and installation of three high-efficiency air-to-water heat pumps, each with a heating capacity of 24 kW. The system will provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water by utilizing renewable energy from the surrounding air. The implementation of these heat pumps will result in a significant reduction in electricity consumption, improved energy performance, and balanced thermal load throughout the seasons.
•	Replacement of the existing windows with new aluminum window systems with thermal break, covering a total area of 142.9 m². The new window structures feature advanced thermal insulation properties and a low heat transfer coefficient, leading to reduced heat losses, lower air infiltration, and improved energy efficiency of the building envelope.
The implementation of the project will ensure better energy performance, stable energy costs, and enhanced comfort for both customers and staff of the restaurant. The expected result is an optimized energy balance, reduced CO₂ emissions, and long-term sustainability of the company’s operations.
The project is fully aligned with the objectives of the procedure “Energy Efficiency for SMEs”, combining technological and structural measures that promote rational energy use, reduced carbon footprint, and the advancement of the green transition in the service sector.
