The company's activities are carried out mainly in 3 large halls, built in 1985 at 210, Rashko Blaskov Str., Kalipetrovo, Silistra. With this project proposal, we intend improvements in the following two buildings: A building (41143.503.182.1, area 700 sq.m.) is designated for a warehouse, a welding and carpentry shop, a painting and rooms for recreation. We have owned the building since 2018, and we have carried out the most partial repairs and renovations in it - replacing windows, partial thermal insulation of walls, installing heating with chillers, repairing compromised areas of the roof and other interior repairs. By using renewable energy and producing electricity for our own consumption, we will reduce the consumption of electricity from the power distribution network, which will accordingly reduce the cost of this energy. A building (41143.503.182.4, area 264 sq.m.) that needs roof repair, has been designated for a warehouse, in which corner are situated a laser cutting machine and a CNC router for cutting and engraving polyethylene panels. The roof has not been repaired, there are leaks in places, which makes the work process difficult and creates an unfavorable working environment. By introducing energy efficiency measures through a new roof system of sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics, the following improvements will be achieved: Improved energy efficiency of the building - a reduce of heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, which will lead to optimization of the relevant costs; Increased thermal comfort for workers and machines - stabilization of the internal microclimate will create better working conditions and higher productivity; Extended service life of the building – the new roof structure will provide better protection from weather influences (moisture, wind, UV rays), while also reducing the risk of leaks and structural damage.
