The investment in a new CNC automatic sharpening machine for circular saw blades with a diameter of up to 1,000 mm will lead to an improvement in production capacity, enhancement of the quality of operations, reduction of production waste, and the opportunity to work with clients requiring larger tools. The existing machine at the facility has a limitation in the maximum length of tools it can sharpen, reaching only up to 810 mm, which does not meet the modern needs of the enterprise. The machine has poor energy efficiency, resulting in higher energy costs and a negative impact on the environment. The old sharpening machine is also not sufficiently safe, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace. The new CNC sharpening machine for circular saw blades is significantly more advanced and meets the latest standards for performance and safety. It offers the capability to sharpen tools with a maximum length of up to 1,000 mm, which expands the capacity and flexibility of the production process. The machine is equipped with precise control systems that allow for more accurate sharpening of tools, leading to minimized errors and, consequently, a reduction in the number of defective or unsuitable tools that would otherwise be discarded as waste. Thanks to the innovative technologies used, the new machine is significantly more energy-efficient, which will not only reduce operational costs but also contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise. Additionally, the machine is well-secured, providing a higher level of protection for operators and minimizing the risk of accidents.
