The project proposal of "CARCOM" Ltd., a company engaged in the trade of passenger and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tons, as well as their maintenance and repair, aims to improve the energy efficiency of its commercial facility (showroom), including the administrative section and service area in Varna, through the following investment: - Installation of 2 heat pumps (VRF/VRV direct expansion systems) with a nominal heating capacity of 28kW each; - Construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for self-consumption, including photovoltaic panels, inverter, and battery, with an inverter nominal capacity of 50kW. The project's goal is to reduce electricity costs for heating, cooling, lighting, and other operational needs of the building, while also decreasing dependence on continuously rising electricity prices. The choice of heat pump systems is driven by the need for efficient and sustainable year-round heating and cooling, in line with modern environmental standards. The installation of the PVPP will allow for a significant portion of the building’s electricity demand to be met with self-generated renewable energy, leading to a considerable reduction in operating expenses and increasing energy independence and competitiveness. The project addresses the following needs of "CARCOM" Ltd.: - Ensuring stable and energy-efficient heating and cooling; - Reducing electricity bills through the use of renewable sources; - Improving the indoor climate for employees, clients, and partners; - Contributing to environmental protection by reducing the carbon footprint. The expected outcomes include a significant increase in the energy efficiency of the facility, reduced consumption and costs of external electricity, and improved working and service conditions—directly contributing to sustainable development and enhanced competitiveness.
