“Bratya Raynovi” Ltd. offers services in the field of tourist and other short-term accommodation, providing a comfortable and cozy environment for its guests. The company has identified the need for investments related to the use of renewable energy sources and the improvement of energy efficiency, which will not only help prevent climate change but also reduce dependence on the prices of fossil fuels and electricity. Taking these factors into account, “Bratya Raynovi” Ltd. has developed the present project proposal, which plans the implementation of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of 30 kW. This will ensure efficient production, storage, and management of the generated electricity, as well as thermal insulation of roofs using mineral wool insulation boards. These solutions will lead to optimization of the energy consumption of the site, reduce dependence on electricity and heat energy from conventional sources, and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions. The project of “Bratya Raynovi” Ltd. will contribute simultaneously to reducing energy intensity and achieving greater sustainability of operations, limiting greenhouse gas emissions and supporting the acceleration of the transition to climate neutrality, while increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
