The project aims to increase the energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions of Unihouse Ltd by improving the thermal performance of its newly acquired production building in Kaspichan. The initiative, implemented under “Installation of Energy-Efficient Insulation Systems in Buildings,” seeks to bring the facility into compliance with Regulation No. 7 of 2004 on the Energy Efficiency of Buildings. Planned Investment Activities: 1) External Thermal Insulation System – Installation of 288 m² façade insulation using wall sandwich panels with 100 mm PUR insulation (λ ≤ 0.022 W/m·K), fire reaction class D. 2) Roof Thermal Insulation System – Installation of 279 m² roof sandwich panels with 100 mm PUR insulation (λ ≤ 0.022 W/m·K), fire reaction class D. 3) Industrial Doors Replacement – Installation of 2 sectional industrial doors, dimensions W = 5.00 m, H = 3.50 m, heat transfer coefficient U = 2.0 W/m²·K. 4) Replacement of Existing Metal Joinery: - 7 units of external windows and glazed doors (façade and roof), W = 1500 mm, H = 2500 mm, double glazing, PVC or wooden frames, U = 1.40 W/m²·K. - 2 units of external glazed doors, W = 2000 mm, H = 2500 mm, aluminium frames with thermal break, U = 1.70 W/m²·K. Expected Main Results: Reduction of heat loss through the building envelope; Lower electricity consumption for heating, cooling, and air conditioning; Decrease in the company’s overall carbon footprint; Full compliance with Regulation No. 7 of 2004 on the Energy Efficiency of Buildings. Expected Additional Results: Enhanced competitiveness through energy cost savings; Improved working conditions and thermal comfort for employees in the production hall.
