The project proposal of ES D MODE Ltd. envisages a comprehensive energy modernization of our production building with a total built-up area of 459 sq.m, located at 12 Kubrat Street, Dobrich. The building is a brick construction from 2005 on two floors, used for textile production. The investment covers four main components for improving energy efficiency: Investment in PV power plant for own needs with batteries: Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own needs, including solar panels with efficiency ≥20%, inverters, battery energy storage system and accompanying structure. The system will provide clean electricity for production processes and will reduce dependence on the electricity distribution network. Replacement of windows and doors: Replacement of the outdated aluminum joinery with single-pane glazing with new energy-efficient joinery with multi-chamber glazing units and heat transfer coefficient ≤1.4 W/m²K. Special attention will be paid to the high windows on the second floor (4.5 meters), which are currently a major source of heat loss. External thermal insulation: Removal of the old inefficient insulation and installation of a new thermal insulation system with a minimum thickness of 100 mm and thermal conductivity coefficient ≤0.040 W/m·K, including thermal insulation board, adhesive, plaster and reinforcing mesh. Roof insulation: Installation of quality thermal insulation of the roof space, including installation of a suspended ceiling on the second floor. This is critically important given the 6-meter height of the premises, which leads to an inefficiently large heated volume and drastic energy losses. The project will lead to a substantial reduction in energy consumption, improved working conditions and a reduced carbon footprint of the enterprise.
