The project of Decolight Bulgaria EOOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise by implementing highly efficient technologies for heating, cooling and lighting in the company's production base. The company's activities include the design, production and installation of light decorations for holidays, public spaces and commercial premises in Bulgaria and Romania. As a manufacturing enterprise, Decolight Bulgaria uses large amounts of electricity for the operation of machines, air conditioning and lighting. Outdated infrastructure and equipment lead to high costs and low energy efficiency, which limits opportunities for growth and investment in innovation. The proposal includes four integrated measures that will ensure optimal energy consumption and better environmental efficiency: • Implementation of 8 pcs. air-to-water heat pumps (3 x 16 kW each) for heating and cooling; • Replacement of outdated PVC joinery (46 sq.m.) with energy-efficient five-chamber joinery; • Installation of sectional industrial doors (16 sq.m) with high-class insulation and automatic control; • Replacement of the lighting system with 52 pcs. linear LED luminaires of 180 W, reducing energy consumption and improving the illumination of the production areas. The implementation of the project will lead to: • reducing the total energy consumption of the enterprise by over 40%; • reducing operating costs and improving financial sustainability; • optimizing the microclimate in the production premises; • increasing safety and working conditions; • reducing the carbon footprint and compliance with the objectives of the European Green Pact. The project will contribute to the transition to sustainable production and a green economy, placing "Decolait Bulgaria" among the good examples of small and medium-sized enterprises implementing modern energy solutions in the creative and manufacturing sectors.
