The project proposal of "ALEKS-K 2002" Ltd. envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency on the territory of the company. The company carries out its main activity under Economic activity code 49.41 "Freight Road Transport" and is among the leaders in the country in the field of ecological container transport, having 50 methane compositions, two modern car service stations and container depots. With the aim of sustainable development and reducing energy costs, the project proposal includes the purchase and commissioning of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PPP) - 1 pc., including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant. The implementation of this investment for own needs of the enterprise will allow for more efficient use of renewable energy sources, reduce dependence on non-renewable fuels and optimize the energy consumption of the enterprise. The expected results of the project implementation include: reducing energy consumption and related operating costs; increasing energy efficiency in the main activity; improving the working environment; reducing the company's carbon footprint. The investment is fully compliant with the principle of "doing no significant harm" (DNSH) on the environment, meets all applicable environmental standards and contributes to achieving the goals of energy efficiency and sustainable growth at national and European level. By implementing this project, "ALEKS-K 2002" Ltd. will increase its resource efficiency, improve the sustainability of its production and adapt to modern requirements for a low-carbon and energy-efficient economy.
