BLIK-99 is a company specialized in the production of a wide range of assemblies, details and spare parts of metal and structural polymers for almost all industrial branches, with the main customers being direct suppliers to the automotive industry and the road construction machinery industry. The main economic activity of the applicant for 2022 falls in Sector C and more precisely in code 28.49 "Manufacture of other processing machines", as the company produces parts and components for machines and equipment. The current project is aimed at implementing an innovative product in the production list of the enterprise, namely - Box for high-voltage relay for controlling the system of batteries for RES (charging and consumption), the enterprise's own development, which is a novelty at the world level. The project proposal envisages the implementation of one activity:
Activity 1. Implementation of product innovation (goods or services) or innovation in business processes by means of acquisition of machinery, equipment and equipment representing fixed tangible assets (FTA). Within the framework of the activity, the equipment will be purchased, which will provide the necessary production capacity for the implementation of the innovation, as follows:
- Robotic injection molding machine - 1 pc.
- Automatic lathe with bar feeder - 1 pc.
- Press with unwinding and feeding device - 1 pc.
The expected results of the implementation of the project are:
- implemented innovative product in the company's production list;
- increased innovation activity and innovation capacity;
- increased competitiveness and expansion of market positions;
- increased capacity of an existing business facility;
- improved quality of final products;
- achieving more efficient and responsible use of natural resources;
- implemented innovation in a complementary business process.

Дейност 1. Внедряване на продуктова иновация (стока или услуга) или иновация в бизнес процесите посредством придобиване на машини, съоръжения и оборудване, представляващи дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА): Настоящият проект се явява част от дългосрочната политика на Блик-99 за постоянен растеж чрез регулярни инвестиции във високотехнологични и екологични решения, насочени към устойчиво развитие, базирано на иновативни продукти и процеси. С реализацията на проекта се предвижда внедряване на иновативен продукт в предприятието - Кутия за високоволтово реле за управление системата на батерии за ВЕИ (зареждане и консумация), собствена разработка на Блик-99, който ще бъде реализиран в основната дейност на дружеството, а именно - 28.49 "Производство на други обработващи машини". Производството на продукта изисква закупуването на специфично оборудване, като за целите на проекта ще бъдат закупени:
- Роботизирана шприц машина - 1 бр.
- Стругов автомат с прътоподаващо устройство - 1 бр.
- Преса с размотаващо и подаващо устройство - 1 бр.
Предвиденото оборудване е необходимо за внедряването на иновативния продукт, като закупуването му ще осигури необходимите технологични възможности и ще доведе до увеличаване на капацитета на съществуващ стопански обект.
Реализацията на проекта и на иновативния продукт ще допринесат за внедряване на иновация за кандидата и в допълващ бизнес процес - разработване на продукти и бизнес процеси. Оборудването ще предоставя възможност за следене на производствения процес, като роботизираната шприц система ще извършва описание и идентифициране на продуктите, които преминават през нея, като тази функция ще се извършва систематично в рамките на фирмата.
