“Electra Tim” Ltd. was established in 2003 and its main activity is the design of electrical installations and the construction of electrical installations, security systems, CCTV, access control, finishing construction works and trade in electrical materials and lighting fixtures. The company has its own well-equipped office, as well as a permanent warehouse. It has highly qualified professional and technical personnel for the implementation of the offered types of construction and installation works. The company has successfully established itself on the construction market, maintaining correct relationships with its partners. “Electra Tim” Ltd. has been certified according to ISO 9001: 2008, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. The current project envisages the following investments: 1. Purchase and installation of an air-to-water heat pump with a capacity of 20 kW 2. Commissioning of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (incl. storage batteries) with an approximate capacity of 30 kW The planned activities will ensure complete energy independence of the company's new warehouse premises (with an adjacent office area) in Druzhba 2 district with an approximate area of 200 sq m, and will provide them with uninterrupted power supply, heating/cooling at any time of the year.The grid will be stabilized, as the stored energy will be able to be released into the grid during peak consumption or in case of sudden disruptions, which improves the reliability and sustainability of electricity distribution and prevents accidents. The planned investments in “Electra Tim” Ltd. will create prerequisites for both reducing electricity costs and achieving greater energy efficiency, which will lead to further improvement of the company's competitiveness, an opportunity to increase market share and create prerequisites for increasing sales revenues and profitability of its activities.
