PARADISE GROUP LTD consistently invests in environmental solutions and sustainable resource management. Within the framework of the project, the company will modernize the hotel VILA MARK, village of Kraevo, by installing an energy storage system with a capacity of 110 kW, which will complement the existing photovoltaic installation and increase the energy autonomy of the site. The need for the implementation of the project arises from the need to optimize the energy consumption of the hotel, which operates year-round and has significant electricity needs for heating, cooling, lighting and servicing tourists. Currently, part of the energy produced by the photovoltaic system cannot be used during off-peak hours, which leads to losses and increased dependence on the electricity distribution network. By implementing the energy storage system, the company will reduce carbon emissions, limit the consumption of energy from non-renewable sources and contribute to cleaner air and the natural environment in the region. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the enterprise by integrating batteries, which will allow the accumulation and subsequent use of electricity produced by RES in periods of lack of sunlight. The expected results include: reducing electricity consumption from the grid by over 30%; increasing the share of renewable sources in the hotel's energy balance; reducing CO₂ emissions and energy costs; improving the competitiveness and environmental profile of the enterprise. The main activities of the project include: installing and commissioning batteries with an inverter to the existing photovoltaic installation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the sustainable development of the hotel, to strengthening its green image and to achieving higher energy independence through intelligent management of resources, in accordance with the objectives of the procedure.
