The project proposal of Dental Center AMAYA Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise through the implementation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems based on air-to-air heat pump technology. The main activity of the company includes the provision of specialized dental services – prevention, diagnostics, aesthetic dentistry, and surgery. The dental center comprises several dental offices, an X-ray room, a materials preparation area, a waiting room, a reception area, and auxiliary premises. The nature of medical activity requires maintaining a constant temperature, humidity, and air quality, which determines the high level of energy consumption and the need for efficient energy management. The project aims to reduce the energy intensity and electricity consumption while ensuring a healthy and safe working environment for medical staff and patients. The project envisages the supply and installation of 12 high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump units, which will serve the dental offices and auxiliary rooms. The implementation of the investment will enable the introduction of an energy-efficient system that provides individual temperature control in each room, uniform heating and cooling, and reduced heat losses during operation. The investment will contribute to the optimization of energy processes, reduction of operational costs, and enhancement of the enterprise’s sustainability, while improving the quality of the provided medical services. The expected results include lower energy consumption, improved indoor microclimate, and increased efficiency of the building’s climate control system. Through the implementation of the project, Dental Center AMAYA Ltd. will achieve higher energy efficiency, a lower carbon footprint, and improved competitiveness.
