GRAPHIC LTD is a company specialized in the printing industry, with main activity under KID 18.12. The company offers a wide range of printed products and services, such as printing of books, magazines, advertising brochures, business cards, posters, flyers, catalogs and packaging. All these products are distinguished by high print quality and professional execution, which is of key importance for satisfying the needs of customers. The company has a production and warehouse facility in the city of Varna, where the main production facilities are located - offset and digital printing, finishing lines, cutting, folding and laminating machines. Part of the building is also used for storing finished products, materials and consumables. Identified problems and needs: The production process in the printing industry is energy-intensive and sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and humidity, since the quality of the print and the durability of the materials depend on stable microclimatic conditions. During the summer months, the premises heat up significantly, and in the winter, heat losses are observed, which necessitates intensive use of air conditioning and heating equipment. This leads to high electricity costs and inefficient energy consumption. The existing roof panels are depreciated and do not meet modern energy efficiency requirements. Investment Need: To improve energy efficiency and reduce energy losses, GRAPHIC EOOD plans to repair and renovate a production and warehouse facility, including replacing roof panels with new energy-efficient sandwich panels with a total area of 660 m². The measure will provide better thermal insulation and an optimal microclimate, which is critically important for the proper functioning of the machines, the quality of the print and the preservation of raw materials (paper, inks, chemicals, etc.).
