The project of ARM TOYS Ltd. aims to improve energy efficiency in a facility used for administrative and warehouse activities by implementing a high-efficiency VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) direct expansion heat pump system. The planned investment includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a next-generation climate control system intended for heating and cooling the premises where the company’s core activity — wholesale trade of toys and children's products — is carried out. The new system will replace existing inefficient heating and cooling equipment currently in use. The implementation of the investment is expected to significantly reduce electricity consumption costs, improve indoor climate conditions, and lead to a substantial reduction in carbon emissions. The project is aligned with the findings and recommendations of the conducted energy audit and directly contributes to the objectives of the procedure by implementing a measure with proven energy impact. The planned heat pump system utilizes renewable energy potential (ambient air) and offers a high level of automation, energy efficiency, and consumption control. As a result of the project implementation, ARM TOYS Ltd. will enhance its energy independence, optimize operational costs, and improve its competitiveness through sustainable and responsible resource management.
