Description

The project proposal of “Karis Group” Ltd. is focused on improving the company’s energy efficiency and competitiveness through the implementation of an energy-efficient technology based on renewable energy sources. It envisages the construction of a 30 kW photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption, combined with an energy storage system corresponding to and covering the full capacity of the installation. The system will be used exclusively for the company’s own needs, will not be subject to any commercial energy trade, and will supply electricity to the economic activities of “Karis Group” Ltd.

The project aims to reduce the company’s energy dependence, optimize operating costs, and lower its carbon footprint in the course of its commercial activities. By utilizing solar energy and local storage, the company will achieve more stable and predictable energy consumption, ensuring optimized energy use and better resource management. The introduction of a renewable energy source will result in lower energy intensity, higher resource efficiency, and a more sustainable business environment, in line with the national and European goals for energy transition and climate neutrality.

The investment complies with the principle of “do no significant harm” to the environment and supports the achievement of national objectives in the field of energy efficiency. The project proposal is also consistent with the principles of equality and equal opportunities for all. As a result of the project implementation, “Karis Group” Ltd. will achieve significant energy savings, increase its competitiveness, and create conditions for long-term sustainable growth.
