The project proposal aims to support the company's transition to more efficient and sustainable energy consumption by implementing two photovoltaic power plants (PVPPs) designed to produce electricity for its own consumption at the company's sites in Plovdiv and Varna. 1. Site in Plovdiv The company's second warehouse site is located in Plovdiv, which has been operating for one year and includes a warehouse, an office area and a fleet of vehicles containing 3 electric cars and 2 electric trucks, as well as 5 air conditioners for heating and cooling the premises. To ensure sustainable and independent energy consumption, it is planned to implement a photovoltaic power plant with a nominal AC output power of 55 kW. It should be noted that in the company's first warehouse in Plovdiv, its own investment in a PVPP with a capacity of 100 kW has already been made, which successfully covers the energy needs of the first warehouse. The positive experience gained from this investment proves the effectiveness and economic feasibility of using a CHP for its own needs. Therefore, the company is taking a similar step for its new warehouse in Plovdiv to ensure a sustainable and green energy solution. - over 90% coverage of the warehouse's energy needs from a renewable source; - Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 4.5 tCO₂e/year; - Reduction of electricity costs by 80–90% compared to current bills. 2. Facility in Varna In Varna, the company owns a warehouse and office facility for which it is planned to implement a CHP with a capacity of 15 kW. This investment will fully cover the needs of the facility, whose average annual electricity consumption is about 20 MWh, with an estimated annual CHP yield of about 20.25 MWh. Expected results: - 100% coverage of energy needs from renewable sources; - Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 9.0 tCO₂e/year; - Reduction of electricity costs by 80–90%.
