Planning region: All

Description

The project proposal of SAIL WITH ME BG EOOD focuses on purchasing and installing a photovoltaic power plant (PV system) with battery storage. The investment will be implemented at the company’s site, which consists of two prefabricated buildings with verandas as the administrative office and is essential for carrying out the company’s main economic activity under KID code 93.29 “Other amusement and recreation activities”, which is eligible under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004. Through this administrative base, the company will have the ability to organize and manage its recreational and tourism-related services.

The project location is difficult to access, and due to the lack of reliable electricity supply, the installation of a PV system with batteries is practically the only viable and sustainable solution to secure electricity for the site. The investment will ensure the company’s energy independence, reduce operating costs, and guarantee the sustainability of its activities.

The project fully complies with the program’s objectives to promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable sources, contributing to climate neutrality, reducing the carbon footprint, and providing reliable energy for the development of tourism and recreational services in the region.
