The project proposal envisages the improvement of the company's production capacity by purchasing 1 (one) Nishkov EDM machine with linear motors. With it, the typical family micro-enterprise will ensure accurate mechanical processing of details, the construction of which requires fine cutting of holes (internal spaces) in the company's processed details of various metals.
Currently, the company does not have such a machine. This limits the possibility of adding value to the metal elements manufactured in the company with different purposes. This process is required to be outsourced to external organizations that often refuse to fulfill requests due to workload. These treatments need to be carried out both for new parts from the company's regular production area and for the repair/recycling of worn complex machine units of high value. The recycling of complex and expensive metal parts and assemblies has so far involved their disassembly, restoration of dimensions by welding and/or production of new defective elements with a complex configuration.
The absence of suitable equipment for fine cutting of internal spaces in the details limits the company's ability to carry out accurate processing of such details and add value to the manufactured/recycled aggregates. This, in turn, significantly limits the possibilities for improving the final economic indicators of the company and its development.
With the implementation of this project, it is expected to expand the production capacity, as well as improve the possibilities for recycling complex and expensive machine parts and aggregates.
During the implementation of the project, a supplier will be selected with a public invitation in compliance with the regulatory requirements and guidelines for the implementation of the project. The company will promote the received grant from the European Union.

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието: Като част от тази дейност ще бъде закупен 1 (една) Нишкова електроерозийна машина с линейни мотори.
Тази машина е необходима за изпълнение на фина механична обработка на детайли от метал - основно за изрязване на сложни точни вътрепни отвори и пространства, което неможе да бъде постигнато с други методи. До момента такава машина не е налична, с което е ограничен бизнеса на дружеството по отношение на точни механични обработки на детайли с такъв характер, които се използват както при редовно (ново) производство, така и при рециклиране (възстановяване) на сложни и скъпи детайли, с което се удължава живота им.
Отсъствието до момента на подходящо оборудване ограничава възможностите на дружеството за осъществяване на описаната обработка, чрез което да се добави стойност към тях. Това ограничение е съществено за подобряване на икономическите показатели на дружеството и за неговото развитие.
Очаква се доставката и пускането в действие на тази машина тези ограничения да отпаднат и се осигури значително подобряване на производствения капацитет.
