The Applicant has an eligible activity code under the Energy Efficiency Directive and needs to increase energy efficiency and reduce its energy costs through investments in modern, energy-efficient equipment. Part of the Applicant's operating costs are due to excessive electricity consumption, the prices of which remain unstable and difficult to predict. The Applicant is significantly lagging behind in terms of decarbonization, carbon footprint reduction and energy efficiency activities. More and more of our clients and partners are paying attention to social and environmental commitment, which prompts us to seek opportunities for our development in this direction. In addition, the implementation of the activities envisaged in the project proposal will contribute not only to the implementation of the individual goals of the enterprise - such as reducing costs, improving energy security and sustainability, but also to achieving national and European goals in the field of climate and energy. In this way, the enterprise's ability to transition to a low-carbon economy will increase and its better position on the market in the long term will be ensured. To meet these needs, this project proposal is aimed at investments in energy-efficient assets, described in Annex 4.2. to the FC. The purchase and commissioning of these assets will allow for the optimization of current energy consumption, increasing production efficiency and the resilience of the enterprise to fluctuations in energy prices. By implementing the project proposal, the enterprise will achieve energy savings, reduce its carbon footprint and increase its sustainability in the long term.
