The project proposal of IMPULS G OOD is related to the implementation of investment activities to reduce energy intensity.IMPULS G OOD is an enterprise with a main activity Manufacture of tanks,reservoirs and containers of metal(NACE 25.29),an economic activity in a section characterized by high consumption of electricity.The company has many years of experience in the production of non-standard products from carbon and stainless steel,pressure vessels,silencers for generators and propane-butane tanks.The production and warehouse facilities are located in the village of Vaglarovo.The buildings are old, without thermal insulation,with depreciated joinery and without effective heating and cooling systems, which leads to significant energy losses, high electricity bills and unfavorable working conditions.The production is energy-intensive, including metal processing machines, welding machines, as well as equipment for assembling pressure vessels.The project envisages the implementation of a package of measures to improve energy efficiency: replacement of window frames(PVC) and doors in the production facility(AL);implementation of an energy-efficient compressor with a receiver;thermal insulation of external walls with PUR/PU sandwich panels in the production facility;thermal insulation of the roof of the warehouse with mineral wool sandwich panels;installation of three air-to-air heat pumps to ensure efficient heating and cooling in the production premises. The expected results of the project implementation are:reduction of energy consumption by limiting losses through the enclosing structures-walls and roof;provision of a modern,economical and environmentally friendly heating and cooling system;improvement of the efficiency of the production process through a new high-performance compressor with a highly efficient electric motor;optimization of energy costs and reduction of CO₂ emissions,improvement of the indoor environment and increased competitiveness of products.
