D & D TEXTILE OOD (UIC 200740860) plans to install a 30 kW rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system with battery energy storage for self-consumption at its site in Plovdiv, 12 Kuklensko Shose Blvd. The project aims to sustainably reduce and stabilize electricity costs, improve energy efficiency, and increase the share of renewables in the company’s total consumption. The investment covers the supply and installation of PV modules, hybrid inverter(s), mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, switchboards and protection devices, a monitoring system, as well as necessary construction works, grid connection, and commissioning. The system will operate behind the meter with priority self-consumption and no electricity sales. The battery storage will enable load shifting to later hours and smoothing of short peaks. The company has no existing PV plant and has not received financing of this type. Expected results include lower net grid electricity use, optimized and more predictable energy costs, higher resilience to price volatility, and a contribution to reducing indirect greenhouse-gas emissions. Implementation will follow defined stages—design and sizing; supply; installation, settings and testing; connection and start-up; training and ongoing monitoring—in full compliance with applicable technical standards, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
