The project proposal envisages the improvement of the production capacity of the company by purchasing 1 (one) CNC lathe with inclined guides and back saddle. With it, the typical family small business will provide final precision machining of in-house castings of copper and/or copper-containing metal parts.
Currently, the company does not have such a machine. This limits the ability to add value to the company's metal castings. These castings are the result of the mastered production process for deep recycling (processing) of non-ferrous metal waste. The recycling of metal-containing waste from copper and other non-ferrous metals has so far involved their crushing and separation, followed by casting of ingots and of parts obtained by the centrifugal casting method. Parts produced so far are delivered to customers in an unprocessed state and at a significantly lower value compared to finished parts.
The absence of appropriate equipment to date limits the company's ability to carry out accurate processing of the described details and to add value to them. This, in turn, significantly limits the possibilities for improving the final economic indicators of the company and for its development.
With the implementation of this project through a grant from the European Union, it is expected that the restrictions will disappear and the production capacity will improve significantly. Additionally, the project will have a positive impact on the recycling of non-ferrous metal waste to a final product - a positive impact on the circular economy.
During the implementation of the project, the selection of a supplier will be carried out with a public invitation in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the instructions for the implementation of the project. The company will promote and express its gratitude for the grant received from the European Union.

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието: Като част от тази дейност ще бъде закупен 1 (един) CNC струг с наклонени направляващи и задно седло.
Със закупения, доставен, монтиран и пуснат в действие ДМА ще се осигури финална механична обработка на отлети в дружеството детайли от мед и/или медсъдържащи метали.
До момента отсъствието на такава машина ограничаваше възможността да се добавя стойност към изработваните детайли. Чрез усвоения производствен процес на дружеството се осъществява дълбоко рециклиране (преработка) на отпадъци от цветни метали.Тази преработка до момента обхваща раздробяване и сепариране на метал съдържащите отпадъци от мед и други цветни метали, отливане на слитъци с възстаовено основно съдържание, отливане на детайли по метода на центробежно леене, елементарни обработки (изключително ограничени) на отлетите детайли и предаване на клиентите.
Отсъствието до момента на подходящо оборудване ограничава възможностите на дружеството за осъществяване на точна обработка на отлетите детайли, чрез което да се добави стойност към тях. Това ограничение е съществено за подобряване на икономическите показатели на дружеството и за неговото развитие.
Очаква се доставката и пускането в действие на тази машина тези ограничения да отпаднат и се осигури значително подобряване на производствения капацитет.
