The project proposal involves the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a high-efficiency screw compressor with a capacity of 25 kW, as well as the implementation of energy-efficient air coolers, including direct air humidification systems - industrial steam humidifiers and air humidifiers. The investment will be carried out at the premises of an enterprise whose main activity falls under NACE code 17.21 - "Manufacture of corrugated paper and paperboard and of containers of paper and paperboard." The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency, enhance the production environment, and optimize energy consumption in the processes of printing, forming, and packaging of paper products. The installation of direct humidification and air cooling systems will ensure precise control over the microclimate in production areas, which is critical to product quality when working with paper and cardboard. The applied adiabatic cooling principle, based on water evaporation, contributes to high energy efficiency by significantly reducing the need for traditional energy-intensive HVAC systems. The implementation of the project will contribute to peak load reduction, improved energy autonomy, reduced carbon emissions, and more efficient management of energy resources. The expected outcomes include enhanced energy performance, stabilized production costs, and increased competitiveness through a sustainable and flexible energy infrastructure. The project complies with the "Do No Significant Harm" principle and aligns with national and European goals for the energy transition, climate neutrality, and the adoption of sustainable energy technologies.
