The project of KLIMEX BG EOOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the company's production and service base, located in the village of Tsaratsovo, Maritsa municipality. The main activity is the production of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment, which requires constant operation of compressors, ventilation, cooling and lighting systems. The investment includes the following assets: - Implementation of a highly efficient air-to-water heat pump system for heating and cooling the production premises, ensuring a stable microclimate at significantly lower electricity consumption. - Purchase of a compressed air compressor with an integrated dryer and tank, ensuring technological processes. The compressor is used to drive the machines and equipment, which will reduce energy losses in the production of compressed air and increase the efficiency and reliability of production processes. - Installation of energy-saving LED lighting in production, warehouse and administrative areas, which will ensure excellent light efficiency, a significant reduction in electricity consumption, while simultaneously improving the working environment and occupational safety. - Local energy storage facility (batteries) with an inverter (35.7 kWh), which will stabilize the power supply and allow effective management of consumption from an existing combined heat and power plant with 30 kW output power for own consumption. - Recuperators - they are equipped with heat exchangers that ensure effective transfer of heat/cold from one environment to another. This will significantly reduce energy costs for air conditioning and improve indoor air quality, contributing to higher efficiency of heating and cooling systems. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in energy consumption and carbon footprint, as well as to improving the energy independence and competitiveness of the enterprise.
