Description

Hotel SPS LTD. is a Bulgarian company, established in 2019 with the acquisition of Hotel SPS in the city of Plovdiv, which operates in sector I, Economic Activity Code 2008 - 55.10 Hotels and similar accommodation services.
Investments in energy saving and alternative energy sources fully correspond to the long-term development strategy of the company, and the company's management team is looking for solutions to ensure a highly efficient building stock, increase the quality of the services offered, and reduce energy intensity.
To meet the needs of the company, this draft proposal includes an investment in energy-efficient insulation systems in hotel SPS:
- 243 sq. m. of transparent enclosing structures /windows and doors/ to replace the existing ones on 4 of the floors of the building, which were last renovated more than 10 years ago.
Changes in the price of electricity for businesses significantly hinder the process of planning the cost of the services offered, as it reaches up to 30% of the company's operating costs.
Implementation of the planned activities will contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and will help the company realize its investment intentions and maintain its competitiveness.
Expected results:
- Ensuring optimal microclimate conditions (temperature, humidity, air speed) on 4 of the hotel's floors.
- Improving the quality of the services offered.
- Reducing energy intensity and improving the ecological footprint by reducing carbon emissions.
- Improving energy efficiency and achieving competitive advantage through reduced cost.
Place for implementation: 3 Osvobozhdenie Blvd, city of Plovdiv.
Implementation time: 12 months.
