"Bozhinov-sie" Ltd. is a company with main activity retail trade in non-specialized stores and retail trade in automotive fuels and lubricants. The company owns a commercial site with an adjacent warehouse used for daily business activities. Within the framework of this project proposal, the company aims to increase the energy efficiency of its building stock by implementing energy-saving measures in accordance with the requirements of the procedure. The project envisages the implementation of measures to improve the thermal insulation of the building, including: installation of energy-efficient insulation systems, representing thermal insulation sandwich panels for walls and roof; replacement of the existing joinery with new aluminum joinery with a broken thermal bridge, providing better thermal insulation. Through the implementation of the project, the company will achieve a sustainable reduction in energy consumption and will contribute to the implementation of national goals in the field of energy efficiency. The main need that we aim to meet through the implementation of the project is to reduce energy consumption and energy costs in our commercial and warehouse facility, due to the low energy efficiency of the building.
