The project of TETAMAT Ltd. envisages the implementation of a measure for the use of energy from renewable sources at the company’s production facility located in the village of Zvanichevo, Pazardzhik region, where the core activity is carried out under NACE code 28.29 – Manufacture of other general-purpose machinery not elsewhere classified. The company specializes in the production of machinery for the food and beverage industry, offering complete production solutions, including product design, grouped into three main categories: packaging machines, transport equipment (elevators, containers, conveyors), and metal structures (automation panels with specialized software). With the goal of achieving sustainable development and optimizing electricity costs, the company plans to purchase and install a photovoltaic power plant. The implementation of this investment will lead to reduced dependence on conventional energy sources, lower energy costs, and increased energy efficiency in the production process. The expected results of the project include: an increase in the share of self-generated green energy; improved energy independence of the enterprise; optimization of operational costs; reduction of the carbon footprint; enhanced competitiveness of the company on the market. The investment is fully aligned with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle, complies with modern environmental standards, and will contribute to achieving national and European goals for decarbonization and the green transition. Through the implementation of this project, TETAMAT Ltd. will improve the sustainability of its manufacturing operations, enhance energy efficiency, and strengthen its position in the context of the modern low-carbon economy.
