Planning region: All

Description

The project proposal of "MK Engineering 2002" EOOD is aimed at increasing energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint and increasing the energy independence of the enterprise by integrating renewable energy sources and an energy storage system. The main need that the project addresses is the high level of electricity costs, dependence on external suppliers and fluctuations in electricity prices. This directly affects the production costs and long-term sustainability of the company.
The project envisages the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 65 kW, designed to cover the enterprise's own electricity consumption. In addition, an integrated energy storage system with an installed capacity of 65 kW will be built, including batteries and inverters, which will ensure optimal management of the energy produced and will allow its use when necessary, including at peak times or during reduced production.
The expected results of the project implementation include a significant reduction in electricity consumption from the grid, reduction of energy costs, increase of competitiveness and sustainable development of the company. Additionally, a reduction of carbon emissions will be achieved, which is in line with national and European policies for green transition and climate neutrality.
The project will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of "MK Engineering 2002" EOOD through specific investments in modern technologies for renewable energy and storage, while creating conditions for sustainable growth and higher resource efficiency.
