Brabion Ltd. is a family enterprise with KID 10.71 - Production of bread, bakery and fresh confectionery products. The activity of the enterprise is specialized in the production of thin Armenian bread - lavash.
The project proposal is aimed at the purchase and implementation of actives, which will improve the production process, increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and through it will reduce waste. The family enterprise will invest in the purchase of a flour line with 2 silos and management - equipment that will completely renew and automate the process of using flour in the enterprise's dough.
Brabion Ltd. was able to maintain its activity and survive during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to the fact that the company employs professionals who are relatives and worked overtime to ensure the continuity of the production process. Through the implementation of the project proposal, the enterprise will increase its production capacity and the efficiency of the processes, in this way it will achieve an improvement in its market presence and development of its potential for sustainability and growth in the market. The project fully corresponds to the goals and needs of the procedure, namely the promotion of investments to improve production capacity and process efficiency in creative industries enterprises and will thus contribute to increasing competitiveness and strengthening market presence, sustainability and growth.

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на семейните предприятия: В рамките на настоящата дейност ще бъде доставени и пуснати в експлоатация следните активи:
Линия за брашно с 2 броя силози и управление - с придобиването на линията ще се оптимизират няколко различни дейности в основното производство на тънък арменски хляб. От една страна, капацитетът на включените бункери ще позволи закупуване на брашно без опаковки, което ще намали себестойността му, като същевременно то ще може да бъде съхранявано при по добри условия.
Същевременно наличните автоматизации на линията ще позволят за много по-лесно дозиране на брашното и намаляване на брака при производството на тесто. Линията ще може да се синхронизира с работата на вече работещото в предприятието автоматизирано оборудване и ще доведе до по-бърз и по-ефективен работен процес.
Не на последно място предвиденото оборудване ще бъде изработено с няколко сертификата за качество и безопасност на хранителни продукти. Това е от изключителна важност за основната дейност на предприятието.
Със закупуването на производствената линия предприятието ще увеличи производствения капацитет и ефективността на процесите. По този начин ще постигне подобряване на пазарното присъствие и развитие на потенциала си за устойчивост и растеж на пазара.Предвидените за закупуване активи ще допринасят за намаляване на отпадъка в производствения процес.
