“FEERIYA - 98” Ltd. is a small enterprise specialized in the production of decorative color cosmetics – nail polishes, powders, foundations, lipsticks, eau de toilette, and others. More than 75% of the company’s production is exported to international markets, which requires maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. In line with the growing requirements for energy efficiency and sustainable manufacturing, the company continuously invests in optimizing its production processes and modernizing its building infrastructure. The present project, under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises”, aims to implement measures to improve the energy performance of the production building of “FEERIYA - 98” Ltd., located in the village of Zimnitsa, Yambol region. The main goal is to achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption costs, improve thermal comfort, and increase competitiveness through efficient energy management. The project activities include: Thermal insulation of the roof of the production hall by installing 100 mm polyurethane sandwich panels over an area of 835 m². This measure will significantly reduce heat losses and improve the building’s energy efficiency. Supply and installation of a sectional door with an area of 7.5 m² and a heat transfer coefficient of U = 2.00 W/m²K, replacing the existing metal door with poor insulation properties. Construction of a new insulated wall made of sandwich panels (12 m²) to close the opening left after removing the old door, ensuring a continuous thermal envelope of the hall. The successful implementation of the project will enable “FEERIYA - 98” Ltd. to reduce its energy costs, enhance the operational characteristics of the building, and contribute to achieving the national and European objectives in the field of energy efficiency and the green transition.
