The project proposal of "EMILIONI 2019" EOOD, an enterprise with main economic activity 28.25 Production of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment, is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and increasing the share of energy used from renewable sources in the company's production activities. The company has two production halls used for the production and renovation of refrigeration equipment - refrigerated display cases, refrigerators, freezers and units. A wide range of electrical machines and equipment is used in the work process, which leads to high electricity bills and significant energy intensity. The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 55 kWp, mounted on the roof of one of the company's production halls. The system will be intended entirely for own consumption, and the electricity produced will be used to power the production lines, lighting and auxiliary equipment. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in electricity consumption from the external grid, increased energy independence, reduced energy costs and limited the company's carbon footprint. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004, contributing to the transition to a more sustainable and low-carbon industry.
