Description

The project of ELTAR Ltd. is focused on improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of renewable energy sources (RES) through the implementation of three main components: energy-efficient insulation systems in the form of transparent enclosing structures, local energy storage facilities (batteries) combined with inverters, and a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for self-consumption. The investments will be implemented in the building of the “Zelenata Kashta” restaurant, owned by the company, with a capacity of 250 seats, located in Yambol.
The target group of the project is the enterprise ELTAR Ltd., specifically in relation to its additional activity in the hospitality sector. The company will directly benefit from reduced energy costs, increased energy independence, and improved operational sustainability.
Additionally, the improved insulation will contribute to a better indoor climate and enhanced comfort for both customers and staff, which will lead to higher quality of service.
The objective of the project is to achieve a sustainable transformation of the site's energy system through the integration of RES technologies and energy-efficient solutions. Expected results include: reduced electricity costs, improved environmental footprint, alignment with national and European decarbonization goals, and enhanced long-term competitiveness of the enterprise.
The main activities include: delivery and installation of transparent enclosing structures; construction of the PVPP and battery storage system; project management, monitoring, and reporting activities.
ELTAR Ltd. will implement the project with the care of a diligent economic operator, applying the principles of sound financial management — economy, efficiency, and effectiveness — while ensuring transparency, publicity, and fair competition, in full compliance with the Administrative Contract and best practices in the field of energy efficiency.
