The project envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency in the warehouse of "POLARIS PRODUCT" OOD. The main activities include: 1. Installation of a heat pump heating and cooling system. Installing a heat pump heating and cooling system will provide an effective and economical way to regulate the microclimate in the building throughout the year. Heat pumps use renewable energy from the environment — air, water or land — to provide heating in winter and cooling in summer with much lower electricity consumption compared to traditional systems. This will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs and a decrease in the carbon emissions of the enterprise. 2. Replacement of existing lighting with energy-saving LED luminaires. Replacing existing lighting with energy-saving LED luminaires will lead to a significant reduction in electricity consumption for lighting. LED technologies are much more efficient and have a longer service life compared to traditional luminaires, which will reduce maintenance and replacement costs. 3. Replacement of the old joinery with new energy-efficient joinery. Replacing the old joinery with new, highly efficient and energy-efficient joinery will lead to a significant reduction in heat loss and improvement of the building's insulation. 4. Construction of a new roof with sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics.Construction of a new roof with sandwich panels with high thermal insulation characteristics will provide a significant improvement in the energy efficiency of the building. The enterprise is planning a comprehensive modernization in order to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs. All these measures will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs, increase staff comfort and reduce the ecological footprint of the enterprise.
